Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any SpyderProxy product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SpyderProxy provides proxy infrastructure: residential, datacenter and mobile IP routing over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Service specifications, pricing and pool sizes are described on the product pages and may evolve over time.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the network only for lawful purposes: collecting publicly available data, ad verification, brand protection, account management of accounts you own, and similar legitimate work. Prohibited: unauthorized access to systems, fraud, spam, distribution of malware, activity targeting critical infrastructure, and any use that violates applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Payments and bandwidth

Plans are pay-as-you-go, billed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Purchased bandwidth remains available for 120 days from purchase. Volume discounts apply automatically. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; contact support to discuss issues with unused traffic.

5. Service levels

We target a 99.99% uptime SLA with multi-provider failover. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (upstream carriers, target-site blocking) are excluded. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyderProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
