Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SpyderProxy operates the proxy network described on this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address and hashed credentials. Billing data: cryptocurrency transaction identifiers (we never see card numbers; we do not collect names or addresses). Operational data: bandwidth consumption per account, aggregate connection counts, and service diagnostics.

3. What we do not collect

We do not log the content of your traffic, the specific URLs you access through the network, or your target destinations. No-logs means we route traffic, we do not read it.

4. How we use data

To provision proxies, meter bandwidth, prevent abuse of the network, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, ever.

5. Residential peers

Residential IPs come from consenting, compensated peers who opt in through partner applications and can opt out at any time.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request. Operational metering data is retained for 12 months for billing integrity, then aggregated or deleted.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via support. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.

8. Contact

Privacy questions reach the team through the dashboard, Telegram or Discord support channels, answered by humans around the clock.
