By accessing or using SpyderProxy services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and SpyderProxy ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SpyderProxy provides residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy services for legitimate business purposes including web scraping, market research, ad verification, SEO monitoring, and other lawful activities. Our Services include access to a network of 130M+ ethically-sourced residential IP addresses across 195+ countries, static datacenter proxies, rotating datacenter proxies, LTE mobile proxies, and static residential proxies. Access is provided through HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 protocols via our proxy gateway infrastructure.
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SpyderProxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use SpyderProxy Services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
SpyderProxy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating violations.
Service pricing is listed on our website and may be updated periodically. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and cryptocurrency. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). By purchasing bandwidth or proxy access, you authorize SpyderProxy to charge your selected payment method. Bandwidth-based products (residential proxies) are consumed per GB of data transferred. Fixed-price products (datacenter proxies) are billed per proxy per month. Unused bandwidth does not expire unless your account is terminated for policy violations.

SpyderProxy commits to the following service levels:
SpyderProxy operates a strict no-logs policy for proxy traffic. We do not monitor, record, or store the content of your proxy requests. We do collect minimal account data necessary for service operation: email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), bandwidth usage statistics, and connection metadata (timestamps, data transferred). This data is used solely for billing, service delivery, and abuse prevention. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on SpyderProxy's website and services are owned by or licensed to SpyderProxy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpyderProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SpyderProxy in the 12 months preceding the claim. SpyderProxy is not responsible for the actions of third-party websites or services accessed through our proxy network.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpyderProxy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which SpyderProxy operates. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. SpyderProxy may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Services ceases immediately; (b) unused bandwidth credits are forfeited if termination is due to policy violations; (c) if you terminate voluntarily with unused bandwidth remaining, you may request a prorated refund subject to our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
